The audacity be an asset.

Most women are told to work hard, stay humble, and your calue will be noticed.

But – most companies don’t reward effort, they reward perceived value. So here’s a shift I’d love for you to begin to see – you’re not just an employee, you’re an asset; and assets multiply, attract investment, and create opportunities wherever they go. What I’ve seen is that when you start seeing yourself as an asset, you speak differently, you negotiate differently, you build different, and – you attract differently.

This masterclass is an invitation, a dare almost , to be audacious – to not wait for people to notice your worth, and to start packaging yourself as the asset that you already are, without apologizing for being seen or downplaying your brilliance.

And the tragedy is not that women are not valuable, but that too many women in the workplace are underbranded. Their brilliance and contributions are invisible, their potential is discounted, and (if you’re a black or brown woman) your presence is softened to keep others comfortable.

But I believe that every woman should have the audacity to be an asset. The audacity to believe and to say – “I am a multiplier”, to brand herself before others mislabel her, the audacity to stand in rooms with clarity, frameworks and voice; and the audacity to be seen, heard and remembered. This is the audacity of women who arise, shine, and shift wealth :)..
